Cincinnati, OH - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the morning hours of March 27, 2019, the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested fugitive Daniel Fitzgerald on an outstanding warrant from the Middletown Municipal Court of Butler County, Ohio for Complicity to Aggravated Murder.
On Dec. 14, 2018, Fitzgerald was allegedly involved in an assault of a male victim within the Middletown, Ohio area; the victim succumbed to his injuries after the assault. Middletown Police Department investigators filed an arrest warrant for Fitzgerald. The U.S. Marshals SOFAST in Cincinnati, OH, with assistance from the Middletown Police Department, developed information Fitzgerald was in the 1500 block of Meredith Drive in Cincinnati, OH. SOFAST quickly arrested Fitzgerald without incident.
Fitzgerald is currently in custody at the Butler County Sheriff's Office.
