USMS Offer $10,000 Reward for Fugitive Wanted on Federal Drug Charges

Washington, D.C. - The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted for possession and distribution of cocaine charges in the Southern District of Texas.

Victor Hugo Gomez, 43, along with others in the Houston/Galveston area, is alleged to have been part of a conspiracy dismantled in March through a multiagency investigation dubbed Operation Wrecking Ball.

Gomez, who is from the Dominican Republic, may have fled the U.S. or could be hiding out in Texas. He is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

The U.S. Marshals are offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to Gomez’s arrest. Anyone with information is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals Service Communications Center at 1-800-336-0102, or submit a tip using USMS Tips.
