Norfolk, VA - A man wanted for a July 2005 stabbing death in Hampton turned himself in to law enforcement authorities on the evening of Sept. 11, 2019.
Jihad Ramadan, 32, had been a fugitive since 2005 and is facing homicide charges by the Hampton Police Department.
U.S. Marshals believe that the constant pressure on the family to give up Ramadan, as well as numerous news releases, played a factor in Ramadan turning himself in. He is currently being housed at the Norfolk City Jail.

Proffitt.
