Norfolk, VA - U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a woman who is charged with pouring gasoline on a victim who was held at gunpoint, before attempting to light the victim and her house on fire while a small child was also present. Dominique Fowler, 33, is known to go by ‘Peaches’ and may still be hiding out in Hampton Roads.
Warrants for Fowler’s arrest were obtained by the Portsmouth Police Department on Nov. 27, 2017. Her charges include Attempted First Degree Murder, Arson, Robbery, Use of Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Assault in connection to the incident, which occurred in the 500 block of Lenora Avenue.
U.S. Marshals were asked for assistance in early 2018, and learned that Fowler had initially fled to Atlanta, but returned to Hampton Roads. Her last confirmed sighting was in Portsmouth in late August, 2018.
Fowler is 5’3’’ 175 pounds and is known to wear wigs or extensions. She may be known as ‘Peaches.’
