The U.S. Marshals Service is Requesting the Public's Assistance in Locating Fugitive

Martinsburg, WV - The United States Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is asking the public's assistance in locating Jacqueline “Jackie" Krsul, 30, of Falling Waters, West Virginia. Krsul has multiple warrants active for her arrest in West Virginia and Maryland. Krsul was federally indicted in the Northern District of West Virginia on July 22, 2020 for Possession with intent to Distribute Cocaine. Krsul is also wanted out of Berkeley County WV for a probation violation on the original charge of possession with intent to distribute heroin and fentanyl.

Officers believe Krsul may still be in the Berkeley County, West Virginia area, and making trips to Maryland to avoid apprehension.
