MONDAY: Former Speaker Newt Gingrich to Join Warren and Cummings at Forum on Critical Federal Investments in Science Research

WASHINGTON, DC-On Monday, July 27, Senator Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, will hold a forum with former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, as well as researchers and experts from business and academia. The panelists will speak about the importance of strengthening federal investments in scientific research to grow our economy and create jobs.

Monday’s event is the sixth is a series of forums organized as part of Warren’s and Cummings’ Middle Class Prosperity Project.
