•Stuart E. Eizenstat, to be Deputy Secretary of the Treasury

•Jeffrey Rush, Jr., to be Inspector General, Department of the Treasury

•Lewis Andrew Sachs, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Financial Markets
