Subcommittee on International Trade to Hold Hearing on Agriculture Negotiations in the WTO

WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee Chairman William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE) today announced that the Finance Committee Subcommittee on International Trade under the Chairmanship of Senator Grassley (R-IA), will meet on Tuesday, March 7, 2000 at 10:00 a.m., in 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building, to hear testimony on the implications of the Seattle Ministerial on agriculture negotiations in the World Trade Organization.

The following witnesses are expected to appear before the Committee:
