WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee Chairman William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE) today announced he will release his Chairman's mark on marriage tax penalty relief at a press conference on Tuesday, March 28, 2000, at 11:30 a.m. in room 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building. The Chairman's mark is scheduled to be marked up by the Committee on Thursday.
