RE: Sen. William Roth
Sen. Chuck Grassley today issued the following statement in honor of Sen. William Roth, of Delaware.
"Sen. Roth was an outstanding political leader as chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and for the people of Delaware. He was true to his beliefs and worked to develop legislative solutions, especially to the challenges of retirement security and effective tax policy. I enjoyed a very good working relationship with him and extend my deep sympathy to his family."
