The PATH Act presents Congress a historic, bipartisan opportunity to implement permanent and responsible tax relief for American families, workers and job creators. Specifically, The PATH Act cuts taxes for American families, provides business incentives to invest in job creation, and suspends one of Obamacare’s most egregious taxes.
In doing so, The PATH act makes important reforms to the American tax and healthcare system the law of land. And with these building blocks in place, The PATH Act paves the way for a future, comprehensive overhaul of tax and healthcare systems.
