House Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) and Ranking Member Sander Levin (D-MI), along with Senate Finance Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) and Ranking Member Orrin Hatch (R-UT) sent the following letter to United States Trade Representative Ron Kirk today regarding Japan’s possible announcement at this week’s Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Honolulu to seek participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
