Republican Leader of the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health Rep. Vern Buchanan (R-FL) applauded the withdrawal of President Biden’s illegal vaccine mandate for large employers:

“By withdrawing his illegal vaccine mandate, President Biden is admitting that it is a failure that has only resulted in worsening the labor shortage and politicizing vaccines.

“Everyone’s work circumstances and health needs are different, which is why Republicans believe in offering greater flexibility to workers and small business owners to protect their health and serve their communities.

“We need more meaningful health solutions that don’t just make it harder for our economy to recover."
