The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback from industry, academia, research laboratories, government agencies, and other stakeholders on issues related to Microbial Cell and Catalyst Robustness, and State-of Technology Analyses. This information is necessary for DOE's Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) to plan appropriate Conversion Research and Development activities and to ensure that techno-economic and life-cycle analyses remain valuable for the research and industrial community. EERE is specifically interested in information about:Category 1: Improving Robustness of Microbial CellsCategory 2: Improving Robustness of Catalytic ProcessesCategory 3: State of Technology (SOT) Analyses in the BETO Research PortfolioThis is solely a request for information and not a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). Responses to this RFI must be submitted electronically to FY22ConversionRFI@ee.doe.gov no later than 5:00pm (ET) on March 11, 2022. Responses must be provided as attachments to an email.
