The grant could provide up to $3,000,000.
Proposed activities should primarily support refugee populations in Ethiopia and Kenya. Because of PRMs mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.
