We are here to Consider the Committee’s Budget Views and Estimates for Fiscal Year 2023, as required by the Congressional Budget Act and in compliance with House Rules. Each Member has been provided a copy of the material on our agenda today.
I am pleased I was able to work with the Ranking Member in the drafting of this letter. We worked to highlight the issues facing agriculture and rural America in our comments to the Budget Committee.
I now yield to my friend, the Ranking Member, Mr. Thompson, for any remarks he would like to make.
