Program for Thursday: After the transaction of any morning business, Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of H.R. 350, Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, and vote on the motion to invoke cloture thereon at 11:30 a.m.

If cloture is not invoked on the motion to proceed to consideration of H.R. 350, Senate will resume consideration of S.J. Res 46, providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security relating to ``Procedures for Credible Fear Screening and Consideration of Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and CAT Protection Claims by Asylum Officers'', and vote on passage thereon.

Following disposition of S.J. Res. 46, Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Marcia Stephens Bloom Bernicat, of New Jersey, to be Director General of the Foreign Service, Department of State, and vote on confirmation thereon at 1:45 p.m.
