Secretary Blinken’s Call with Djiboutian Foreign Minister Youssouf

Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke today with Djiboutian Foreign Minister Mahmoud Ali Youssouf. The Secretary and Foreign Minister launched policy consultations under the 2022 U.S.-Djibouti Bi-National Forum. Secretary Blinken underscored the importance of the U.S.-Djibouti partnership and thanked Foreign Minister Youssouf for Djibouti’s numerous contributions to peace and security in the Horn of Africa.
