Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Peter DeFazio (D-OR) and Chair of the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) announced the subcommittee will hold a hearing titled, “Addressing the Roadway Safety Crisis: Building Safer Roads for All.” The hearing will examine the current state of America’s highways and explore programs from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that will improve safety.
