USDOJ-OJP-BJA grant application closes on July 27

The Bureau of Justice Assistance is offering a grant open from June 16 to July 27.

The grant could provide up to $19,663,951.

OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. The Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program is the primary provider of federal criminal justice funding to states and units of local government. BJA will award JAG Program funds to eligible states as described in this FY 2022 JAG Program State Solicitation. (BJA will issue a separate solicitation for applications from units of local government.)
