Today, Education and Labor Committee Republican Leader Virginia Foxx (R-NC) issued the following statement in response to the so-called “Good Jobs Principles" framework that was unveiled by the Department of Labor:
“Coming from one of the most dysfunctional federal agencies on the planet, these so-called “Good Jobs Principles" are the epitome of dense. This hack job of a framework is a pitiful homage to unions-courtesy of their carnival barker in residence, Marty Walsh. America’s workforce is already underwater thanks to this administration, and the last thing it needs is a pair of cinderblocks and a shiny metal chain, sponsored by the DOL and its union allies, strapped to its feet. More federal micromanaging isn’t a solution; it’s the problem."
