The grant could provide up to $300,000.
A Cooperative Agreement for up to $300,000.00 U.S. Dollars (USD) will be awarded for work that will support an assessment of the PRCs malign activities in the South China Sea (SCS) including efforts which have had a negative environmental, social or economic impact, as well as any associated efforts to manipulate the regions information environment to shape perceptions of these efforts. The initial period of performance will be for up to 18 months. Funding is contingent upon availability of funds.
