Finance Committee to Hold Hearing on Affordable Housing Tax Incentives

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden, D-Ore., will convene a hearing on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, to examine the role of tax incentives in affordable housing. The hearing will take place at 10:00 a.m. in Room 215 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

The witnesses at Wednesday’s hearing will be:

* Jerry Konter, Founder and President, Konter Quality Homes and Chairman of the Board, National Association of Homebuilders, Washington, DC

* Benson “Buzz" Roberts, President and CEO, National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders, Washington, DC

* Dana Wade, Chief Production Officer, Real Estate Finance, Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, MD
