BOISE - Raul Garcia-Rosales, 39, of Mountain Home, Idaho, was sentenced today in United States District Court in Boise to 21 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. According to the plea agreement, Garcia-Rosales admitted that on Sept. 14, 2011, he received approximately one pound of methamphetamine from his co-defendant, Jamie Guerrero, in Elmore County, Idaho, and then distributed it to an undercover officer at a truck stop in Mountain Home.

Guerrero, 27, of Glenns Ferry, Idaho, also pleaded guilty on Nov. 27, 2012, to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. According to the plea agreement, Guerrero admitted that he supplied the methamphetamine to Garcia-Rosales. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 26, 2013, before U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge at the federal courthouse in Boise.
