CHARLESTON, W.Va. -U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin and various state and local law enforcement officials will discuss recent efforts by law enforcement to refer addicts to treatment at a press conference on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Prestera, PARC East, 1143 Dunbar Avenue in Dunbar, West Virginia.
