Westover, WV Man Sentenced For Heroin Distribution

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - Charles E. Jefferson, 26, of Westover, West Virginia, was sentenced to 37 months in prison for selling heroin, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced today.

Jefferson pled guilty in February 2014 to one count of “Distribution of Heroin" after a West Virginia State Police investigation.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Zelda Wesley prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.

U.S. District Judge Irene S. Keeley presided.
