Wayne Bailey, 39, of West Jordan, Utah, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on Jan. 27, 2015, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin resulting in death. Bailey was arrested in West Jordan, Utah. He received 97 months imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. She received 37 months imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $150.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. Skyeler I. French, 28, of Rock Springs, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on Jan. 26, 2015, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin. He received 87 months imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $300.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. Shaelynn Dawn Smith, 23, of Evanston, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on Jan. 26, 2015, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, at least 350 grams but less than 500 grams of methamphetamine. Smith was arrested in Evanston, Wyoming. She received 60 months imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $150.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. Erik M. Styles, 27, of Rock Springs, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D.
