Rochester Man Pleads Guilty To Sex Trafficking Of A Minor

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Tiffany H. Lee and Bradley E. Tyler, who are handling the case, stated that between January 2012 and February 2012, the defendant enticed a female victim who was under the age of 18 to engage in commercial sex acts. The victim, who was 16 years old, was taken to a Caroline Street address by Williams. The defendant had pictures taken of the victim which were advertised on "Backpage.com." The victim told investigators that all of the money she received after meeting the men and performing sexual acts was turned over to Williams.

The plea is the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Child Exploitation Task Force which includes the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the Rochester Police Department, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement-Homeland Security Investigations

Sentencing is scheduled for November 9, 2015 at 11:15 a.m. before Judge Geraci.
