Buffalo Man Sentenced On Drug Charge

Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas S. Duszkiewicz, who handled the case, stated that between January and December 2011, the defendant sold crack cocaine on multiple occasions to a confidential informant working for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). On Dec. 1, 2011, Weston sold crack cocaine to a confidential source working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The sentencing is the result of separate investigations by the Drug Enforcement Administration, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge James J. Hunt, New York Field Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Adam S. Cohen.
