Dec. 20, 2016 Press Conference in Binghamton, New York, Following Sentencing in United States v. Bruce Kane

BINGHAMTON, NEW YORK - United States Attorney Richard S. Hartunian, joined by FBI Special Agent in Charge Andrew W. Vale, will hold a news conference at noon on Dec. 20, 2016 at the Federal Courthouse in Binghamton, New York, to discuss the sentencing of Bruce Kane.

Bruce Kane pled guilty on June 13, 2016 to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. by Senior United States District Judge Thomas J. McAvoy.

Members of the media will be permitted to bring cameras and phones into the press conference; cameras and phones will not be permitted in the courtroom.
