Two Arrested in Connection with Cryptocurrency Investment Fund

PHOENIX, Ariz. - John Michael Caruso, 28, of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Zachary Salter, 27, of Paradise Valley, Arizona, were both arrested on Jan. 30, 2020, and charged by criminal complaint with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering.

A criminal complaint is simply the method by which a person is charged with criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is presumed innocent until competent evidence is presented to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
