Kurt R. Erskine named acting U.S. Attorney for Northern District of Georgia

ATLANTA - Kurt R. Erskine has been named Acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia effective Feb. 1, 2021, by virtue of the Vacancies Reform Act. Bobby L. Christine resigned as Acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, but remains the Presidentially-appointed U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia.
