Grab your chairs and blankets and join the National Park Service for an evening filled with family-fun and FREE, live music at the Fort Dupont Park Summer Event Series. The 50th Anniversary season will kick-off on Saturday, July 30 with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. and the concert starting at 7 p.m.
You won’t want to miss this year's lineup of local and national R&B, jazz and go-go musicians. The series starts on Saturday, July 30 with Sirius Company, Be’La Dona, The Soul Searchers and DJ Rico.
“The National Park Service is thrilled to celebrate 50 years of music and gathering with friends and family for summer concerts in Fort Dupont Park,” Tara Morrison, Superintendent for National Capital Parks-East, said.

- Saturday, August 13
- Saturday, August 20
- Saturday, August 27
- Saturday, September 3
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and live performances begin at 7 p.m. for all concerts. Tickets are not required. There will not be a concert on Saturday, August 6.
Fort Dupont Park’s amphitheater is located at 3600 F Street, SE Washington, DC 20019.
You are invited to bring family and friends, lawn chairs, blankets and food. Grills, glass bottles, coolers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park.
Can’t make it to this year’s concerts? Fort Dupont Park is open year-round and offers opportunities for all ages and interests including birding, wildlife viewing, photography, picnics and volunteering.
