Do you have any unused tickets that you’d like to apply to your upcoming travel arrangements? If you do, remember that you are responsible for contacting Duluth Travel, Inc. about applying the unused ticket to your upcoming trip details. They will need the Record Locator Number and Ticket Amount, both of which are located in your personal Concur Government Edition profile.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Access your personal CGE profile
2. Scroll down to “Unused Tickets"
3. Click “Add Ticket Credit"
a. Fill in Record Locator Number
b. Fill in Ticket Amount
c. Fill in “Valid Until" Date

For your information: Unused tickets are usually valid for one year from the date of purchase.
