KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The Bureau of Reclamation and Langell Valley Irrigation District will hold a negotiation session on a proposed extraordinary maintenance repayment contract for the Malone Dam repairs. Repairs will consist of grouting of the concrete sluiceway structure and construction of a filter berm and drain on a portion of the downstream face of the earthen dam. The contract will provide financing for the required repairs. The negotiation session will be held:

This negotiation session is open to the public. Participation instructions and copies of the proposed draft contract will be provided at the session. If a second negotiation session is required, it will be held on Thursday, March 23, from 12-2:30 p.m. at the same location.
