FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation has released for public review the Draft Environmental Assessment and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact for the proposed transfer of up to 15,000 acre-feet of water between Del Puerto Water District and Arvin-Edison Water Storage District.
