SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority, and Friant Water Authority will enter into contract negotiations for contract provisions common to the three Authorities for the transfer of operation, maintenance, and replacement activities.
