FBI Seeking Cyclical Bandit
The FBI is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a bank robber dubbed the Cyclical Bandit. The suspect is believed to have robbed two Arizona banks, almost exactly a year apart, while wearing a strikingly similar shirt and hat.
