FBI and Roswell Police Department Seek Scruffy-Looking Bank Robber

FBI and Roswell Police Department Seek Scruffy-Looking Bank Robber

Special Agent in Charge (SAC) J. Britt Johnson, FBI Atlanta, in conjunction with Roswell Police Chief Rusty Grant, request the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the individual who tried to rob the Bank of America branch at 10750 Alpharetta Highway in Roswell, Georgia.

On Friday, Aug. 19, 2016 at around 5:00 p.m., a lone white male walked into the bank and gave the teller a demand note. He is described as in his 40s, 5’8" to 5’10" in height, weighing approximately 165-175 pounds, wearing all black, including a black baseball cap with a logo on the front. He had a scruffy beard or goatee and was wearing dark-framed sunglasses. The male left the bank on foot.
