Three Arrested in Red River Bank Robbery
Three people have been arrested by the FBI in connection with the October 6 robbery of Peoples Bank in Red River, New Mexico.
Troy Montoya, 23, of Espanola; Jennifer Marissa Miera, 22, of El Rito; and Shawn Michael Goodrum, Jr., 19, of Questa, are scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque on Wednesday.
The Red River Marshals Office and Taos County Sheriff's Office arrested Montoya and Miera on Monday and turned them over to the FBI on Tuesday.
The public is reminded that all defendants are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
