FBI Media Alert: Santa Fe Man Charged Federally with Threats Via Interstate Communications
The FBI has taken Jose Rael, 44, of Santa Fe, into custody on a federal complaint charging him with threats via interstate communications.
The Santa Fe Police Department arrested Rael on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, and FBI special agents took custody of him.
Rael had an initial appearance in federal court in Albuquerque on Wednesday.
No further comment will be made.
