BLM Offers Reward Following Vandalism at the Gunnison Field Office

GUNNISON, Colo. - On Saturday, Nov. 30, the Bureau of Land Management’s Gunnison Field Office was robbed, vandalized and subsequently set on fire. Numerous vehicles were also vandalized and one vehicle was stolen from the facility.

The Bureau of Land Management Office of Law Enforcement along with other local and state law enforcement agencies are investigating the incident and are seeking information regarding the person or persons responsible for the break in and arson.

“We are asking the public to provide any insight they may have about this crime," said Brian St. George, BLM Gunnison Field Manager. “If you provide tips, you may receive a reward of up to $2,000 if the information provided leads to a criminal conviction."
