The Bureau of Land Management Cody Field Office requests input on the analysis of a proposed bentonite mining project expansion located twelve miles northwest of Greybull, Wyoming, in Big Horn County.
Wyo-Ben, Inc. plans to expand its mining operations by 578.6 acres on BLM-managed federal land.
An environmental assessment has been prepared to analyze the impacts of the proposed project. It is available for public review and comment online at http://bit.ly/2017_DaisyClaims. The plan of operations submitted by Wyo-Ben is available for review at the Cody Field Office, 1002 Blackburn Street in Cody.
