CASPER, Wyo. - Tis the season for cookies and creativity!

The National Historic Trails Interpretive Center (NHTIC) is holding a cookie wagon building workshop on Dec. 15, 2018 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to building cookie wagons, get in touch with your inner pioneer at the free pioneer photo booth. This fun program provides the community with the opportunity to not only connect with America’s cultural heritage, but to also get in touch with their creative side.

This event is free to the public and will be open while supplies last. We ask that younger children be accompanied by an adult.

“Join fellow community members for a day of family fun! These cookie wagons will not only unleash your inner child, but will also give you a tasty treat to take home," said Interpretive Park Ranger Kirsten Reynolds. “Don’t let the fun stop there, make more memories by stopping in at our pioneer photo booth to grab a picture of yourself wearing authentic pioneer clothing."

For more information, please contact the NHTIC at (307) 261-7780.
