Lake Mead National Recreation Area Superintendent William K. Dickinson announced the following changes in Aids to Navigation in the Temple Basin area of Lake Mead. Due to fluctuating water levels, the Temple Mesa light number 37 has been re-established at:
36 degrees, 01 minutes, 45 seconds north
114 degrees, 15 minutes, 47 seconds west
This light shows a green flash sequence and comes on for 0.4 seconds and off for 3.6 seconds. The sequence is then repeated.
Lake Mead National Recreation Area is a unit of the National Park Service.
