Celebrate Labor Day at San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park with a performance of "Songs of Sea Labor" by noted sea music performers Holdstock and Macleod.
Enthusiastically performing together for thirty years, Holdstock and Macleod perform authentic songs of their homelands of England and Scotland, and of North America, captivating audiences from coast to coast. New insights into history and old customs are revealed in these work songs of the people.
They have just released their third CD of chanteys and other songs of the sea: Deepwater return.
Admission to the concert is the cost of boarding the fleet of historic floating vessels berthed at Hyde Street Pier: Adults, $5, ages 15 and under, free. Free with national park passes. The ticket booth is located halfway up Hyde Street Pier. No advance reservations.
San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park is located at the west end of Fisherman’s Wharf, in San Francisco.
