Proposed 2010 Park Compendium Available for Review

Alaska’s National Parks are inviting comment on each park’s Compendium for 2010. The Compendium is a compilation of all designations, closures and restrictions imposed under discretionary authority within the regulations covering national parks. The Compendium, as part of the park-related regulations, helps provide for the use, enjoyment and protection of Alaska’s National Parks. A copy of each park’s proposed Compendium for the 2010 season is available at https://www.nps.gov/akso/compendium.

Comments will be accepted by mail or e-mail until Feb. 15, 2010. Comments are welcome at any time in addition to this time frame, but comments received after February 15 will be considered in future compendium revisions.
