Park Celebrates Citizenship Day

Twenty-four Utah residents became new United States citizens during a naturalization ceremony at Arches National Park on Thursday, September 23rd. The new citizens were from fifteen countries worldwide, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, El Salvador, Finland, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, United Kingdom and Venezuela.

The ceremony took place at the La Sal Mountain Overlook at 9:00 a.m.
