Bryce Canyon National Park will waive

Entrance Fees on Veteran's Day, November 11

In honor of the service and sacrifices of veterans, all National Park Service sites across the country, including Bryce Canyon National Park, will offer free visitor admission on Veteran's Day, Thursday, November 11. The fee waiver applies to entrance fees only and does not include fees for permits or camping.

Visitors should be prepared for winter driving conditions with cool temperatures and possible snow, icy roads and temporary road closures. The park's shuttle operations have closed for the season. The Bryce Canyon Lodge's motel units, restaurant, general store and gift shop are open until noon, November 14th. The park's visitor center is open daily from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

In commemoration of Veteran's Day, Bryce Canyon National Park will present a special evening program entitled "Remember the Fallen." Join guest speakers Alison Libersa (Normandy, France) and Arthur Brookes (Cambridge, England) for a multi-media presentation about D-Day and the American Battlefields and Commission who protects America's fallen overseas. The program will be held at the Bryce Canyon Visitor Center from 7:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, November 11th.
