Chamizal National Memorial and non-profit partner, Los Paisanos de El Chamizal, are seeking submissions of original artwork by both professional artists and local youth for the upcoming 38th Annual Siglo de Oro International Spanish Drama Festival scheduled for March 6-10, 2013.
